The Foundation for Davis Sunset Rotary Club is a federally recognized 501(c)3 nonprofit organization (EIN 99-1942529) that serves as a companion organization to the Davis Sunset Rotary Club.
It is run separately and has its own officers.
The current officers are as follows:

Vice President: Bill Koch
Treasurer: Tom Adams
Secretary: Brett Lee
The Foundation for Davis Sunset Rotary Club files a tax return each year and complies with all state and Federal regulations to maintain its tax exempt status.
Donations are tax deductible according to standard IRS regulations.
