Rotary Attendance

The purpose of this document is to establish the Rotary attendance/make-up policies for the Sunset Rotary Club of Davis.

Attendance

1. 1. A member is encouraged to attend or make up at least 60 percent of club meetings in each half of the year.
   2. Consecutive Absences are discouraged.

Leave of Absence

A member may request a leave of absence from club attendance for up to six months.  It is expected the member will remain current on all club dues. A request for the leave of absence should be presented in an e-mail format to the club president who in turn will present the request to the board for their approval.
